Paleo Diet: like in old good times
Paleo Diet (more often called - Diet of the ancient or Paleolithic Diet), oddly enough, have been developed by our contemporaries - American nutritionists Loren Cordain and Oz Garcia, the authors on healthy eating numerous books. They often consult Hollywood stars in matters of proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. The ideological component of the paleo diet is based on the belief that a man should eat foods suitable to him at the genetic level, then the problem of extra kilos will not affect him .
We propose paleo diet as healthy food system, is concerned not so much about the human appearance, but about his health. Following the principles of paleo diet you need: -Eat natural products, such as roots, berries, plants, herbs, fruits and vegetables that grow in the wild.
-Try as much as possible to eat less and move more. One should eat small portions and only in the event of a true feeling of hunger (and not "for the company", "because of sorrow", or because "have not eaten for a long time"). -To live active way of life, because our ancestors worked "tirelessly and legs" to fend and survive.
-Do not eat carbohydrates in large quantities, and simple carbohydrates (sugar, sugary drinks, fast food, confectionery and sweets, semi-finished products) and at all exclude from the diet . Since carbohydrate diet is contrary to the human genome, which, according to the opinion of our sophisticated nutritionists and dietitians has not changed, not even looking at the long and tortuous evolutionary process. -Completely excluded sugar from the paleo diet (only natural honey is allowed to be left in the menu). Sugar not only stimulates the development of serious diseases, but also contributes to obesity, increasing the frequency and intensity of insulin emissions into the blood.
-Any meat used in the diet of the ancient, must be dietary, low-fat. The basis of preagricultural paleo diet is animal protein, i.e. meat. Whatever vegetarians have claimed, namely, animal but not vegetable proteins accelerate metabolism, and hence weight loss. In addition, protein is more nourishing than fats and carbohydrates, as digests considerably longer. Therefore our specialists advise eating every five hours, i.e. three times a day, the body needs at least three hours to digest proteins. Additional two oclock are reserved for burning fat. Easy vegetable snacks are allowed.
